Chex Quest HD is an independent sci-fi first-person shooter and also a high-definition remake/reboot of the 90s classic Chex Quest. It was developed by Team Chex Quest HD and Flight School Studio and released on May 18, 2020.
Published by General Mills and made available to Windows and Mac, Chex Quest HD is free and brings a series of advances compared to the original, such as cinematics, hero classes and truly three-dimensional graphics and ambience, in addition to the obvious HD. The game has split screen local multiplayer and, so far, thousands of very positive reviews on Steam.

Description
Chex Quest HD is a modern, multiplayer remake of the classic 1996 FPS advergame of the same name.
The Intergalactic Federation of Snacks’ outpost on the remote planet of Bazoik has been overrun by evil cereal-eating creatures from another dimension! These slimy “Flemoids” have taken the citizens of Bazoik captive and it is up to you and the Chex Mix Squadron to free them.
Thankfully you have a handy array of “zorching” devices which can send these invaders back to their home dimension so you can succeed in your mission.
Now, travel back to Bazoik and venture deep into the caverns of this remote place to free the galactic citizens from these gooey Flemoids!
