Milan Has Fallen is an independent top-down shooter where the goal is to survive a zombie onslaught  in real-life settings of the Italian city of Milan. It was developed by Stefano Cagnani (Steven Games Studio) and initially released on January 17, 2024.

The game combines typical top-down shooter action with survival and a terrifying atmosphere. It is set in 2027, in a world devastated by a virus known as Covaids 27. The player is one of only 1,250 survivors of the city of Milan and, for a change, has to deal with the dead who are being brought back to life by something very sinister.
